Primary competition for the SRK250RD in Malaysia comes from the Kawasaki ZX-25R, priced at RM33,900, and the upgraded specification Kawasaki ZX-25RR, retailing at RM36,500. Three colour options are offered for the SRK250RD I Malaysia – Red, White ad Black.
The SRK250RD gets an inline-four cylinder, liquid-cooled engine, with DOHC and 16-valves, producing 40.2 hp at 15,500 rpm, with a maximum torque of 22 Nm at 12,500 rpm. Power goes through a six-speed gearbox and chain final drive to the rear wheel.
