The Mercedes-Benz CLE is a compact executive coupé for buyers who want a four-seat, all-wheel-drive Mercedes-Benz two-door rather than an SUV or saloon. Launched in 2024, the C236 is sold in Malaysia from RM518,888 as the petrol-hybrid CLE300 AMG Line, with a 1,999 cc engine and automatic transmission.

The standard Mercedes-Benz CLE carries into 2026 unchanged, with no 2026-specific revision indicated for the Malaysian CLE300 AMG Line. The local car remains a 1,999 cc, 278 hp petrol-hybrid with AWD, an automatic gearbox and four seats. AMG activity continues around the CLE, including the Malaysia-launched CLE53 4Matic+ Coupé and testing of an extreme variant, but these do not alter the CLE300.

The CLE300 AMG Line is a niche four-seat coupé rather than a broad-range model. It sits RM204,000 below the AMG CLE and RM359,912 below the BMW M4 Coupé, though both are performance-led rivals rather than like-for-like trims. On the published specification, it is a 278 hp AWD petrol-hybrid automatic. Confirm the equipment list before signing, as there is no alternative regular CLE trim to fall back on.
