Verdict

The Cayenne is a straightforward five-seat petrol executive SUV in its sole Malaysian specification. At RM609,000, it costs more than the RM498,888 Mercedes-Benz GLE and RM499,000 Lotus Eletre, but less than the RM635,800 BMW X7. The 348 hp AWD drivetrain is the core of the proposition. Key equipment beyond the newly added 21-inch wheels should be checked carefully before signing.
