- Identify the Damage: You’ll see a car “map”. Simply tap the areas where the damage has occurred (you can select multiple areas if needed!).
- Upload Visuals: Upload up to five (5) clear photos and one (1) video per section of the mishap. A quick video helps the experts see how the light hits the scratch, ensuring a more accurate quote.
- Describe & Submit: Add a brief description of what happened and hit submit.
