Santa Fe in 2026 — what's new
For 2026, the key Santa Fe development is planned local CKD assembly at Inokom Kulim, scheduled for Q2. The range continues with the 1.6T Hybrid Prime and Prestige, both seven-seaters with 241 hp, plus the six-seat 2.5T Calligraphy with 277 hp and AWD. No powertrain or equipment changes accompany the local-assembly announcement.

Which variant to buy
Most buyers should start with the RM225,000 1.6T Hybrid Prime. It has the same 241 hp hybrid powertrain, front-wheel drive, automatic transmission and seven seats as the RM245,000 Prestige. On paper, the RM20,000 gap is for trim rather than mechanicals, so check the equipment list before spending more. Pay RM270,000 for the 2.5T Calligraphy only if its 277 hp petrol engine, AWD and six-seat layout suit your needs.
