The 2021-generation Ativa carries into 2026 with the X, H and AV petrol CVT range, each using the 996 cc 97 hp front-wheel-drive drivetrain and seating five. The year also brings confirmation of an Ativa Hybrid for Malaysian full local production and sales, with deliveries beginning to 300 subscribers on an RM500-per-month plan. A 10-unit Pink Edition adds a wrap, seat covers and mats.
Which variant to buy
Most buyers should start with the RM62,500 1.0 X CVT. It has the same 996 cc 97 hp petrol engine, front-wheel drive, CVT automatic gearbox and five-seat layout as the other regular variants. The RM67,300 1.0 H CVT costs RM4,800 more, while the RM72,600 1.0 AV CVT is RM10,100 above the X. On paper, you are paying for trim rather than mechanicals, so check the equipment list before moving up.
