Lego Speed Champions gains new entry – set 77260 is the Toyota Supra Mk4 from The Fast and the Furious

Lego has launched a new 292-piece model of the A80 Toyota Supra from The Fast and the Furious, the first movie in the long-running franchise that is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year.

As fans will know, the Supra in the movie first appears fit for the salvage yard before it goes through a glow up to become one of the more recognisable cars in movie history. This scale model is set #77260 in the Lego Speed Champions series and will go on sale in June for USD29.99 (about RM117; price may be different for our market).

Measuring over 15 cm long, seven cm wide and four cm tall when built, the scale model faithfully recreates the look of the hero car with its bright orange livery, open-top roof, Troy Lee’s ’Nuclear Gladiator’ graphic, large rear wing and five-spoke chrome wheels.

There are also see-through panels at the rear that reveal a pair of NOS bottles as seen in the movie. Included in the set is a minifigure of Brian O’Conner (played in the movie by the late Paul Walker) in his signature T-shirt and jeans.

Those looking for something more advanced can consider set #42204, which is the Technic version of the same car released earlier and with a higher price tag. Personally, the cheaper option looks better than the one with 810 pieces, but what do you think?
