Ingress has left the dealership business for Volvo, BMW and MINI brands, with Ingress Swede Automobile having ended operations as a Volvo dealer on August 1.
For BMW and MINI dealerships under the group, these have now been taken over by Sime Motors and have been rebranded into Performance Motors.
In May last year, Sime Motors and Ingress Corporation announced a joint venture to form Performance Motors Malaysia, a dealership group which operates BMW Damansara, BMW Bandar Puteri Puchong and MINI Bangsar.
While the group no longer has Volvo, BMW and MINI dealerships in its network, it continues to hold Perodua, Proton eMas and Mitsubishi dealership outlets.
Its Perodua outlet is in The Curve, Mutiara Damansara; the Proton eMas location is in Seksyen 8 Bandar Baru Bangi, and its Mitsubishi outlets are in Bandar Bukit Puchong, Bandar Baru Bangi and Seksyen 23 Shah Alam. The Mitsubishi outlet in Petaling Jaya by Ingress closed earlier this year.

they know german brands are scam, instead kept local brands which are competitive, quality and good value for money. Proton and Perodua proving the haters wrong.
Malaysia as a third world nation with kampong mentalities in the making most buyers can only afford to buy a third world car like cheaper Perodua Axia ,MYVI, Bezza and Proton Saga.
So Ingress knows , most buyers are not fit and cannot afford to purchase brand new BMW, Mini and Volvo. Slightly richer buyers can only Mitsubishi.
This is the reality of a third world nation like Malaysia whereby majority of the 800k sales annually are third world standard new cheap cars only known to first world nations zs JUNK new car brands.
Even indonesian, South African and Nigerian buyers drive and own safer and better cars in their own countries. Period
